Since making the move from city-to-suburbs many years ago, I have held a special affinity for the unique architectural styles found throughout the neighborhoods of Chicago’s western suburbs. My husband and I have restored two 1928 homes, both of which earned ‘Renovation of the Year’ awards from the Glen Ellyn Historic Preservation Committee.
During my 11 years in real estate marketing, I have especially enjoyed collaborating with our sellers to craft the unique story of their homes. This, in turn, is conveyed online and in print —through custom copywriting, photography, and videography— to ensure that each property is presented in the very best light. In addition, this level of detail also helps to educate the consumer on the significant features that offer value and support price.
The community also plays a special role in our marketing offerings, both for our sellers and our buyers. Not only are you buying a home, but you are also creating a lifestyle within a community. For our buyers, our portfolio of community information —history, amenities, schools, recreation opportunities, and more— is thoughtfully curated to complement our agents’ already extensive community knowledge. For our sellers, this same detailed content helps to educate potential buyers on the lifestyle inherent in that specific community, offering additional insight and value to their search.
